GLOBAL PEACE

Each and every being wants to live a peaceful life. But what is Peace, man today has more knowledge about war than peace. Pathetically, our history has recorded only 200 years of peace. Peace can be achieved only by mutual understanding and goodwill. We should realise that the entire world is a big family of nations. Gandhiji all through his life preached Vinoba Bhaves’s slogan which was not Jai Hind but Jai Jagat (Long live the world) the greatest victories of the world are made not by swords but by love for humanity, the guiding principle of the great incarnation like Buddha and Christ. The policy of tit for tat and an eye for an eye should be avoided. Revenge only sets into motion a vicious circle to which there is no end. All dominant countries like US and UK started a war against terrorism. We should make them stop war and take peaceful steps to eradicate terrorism. The entire money spent in wars can be used for constructive purposes.
