FIVE POINT SOMEONE

Chetan Bhagat’s Five Point Someone is a must read mainly for IITians. Not only for them it has to be read by every youngster. It is a fun-loving kind of book at the same time conveys very important messages of life. The greatness of this book is such that it doesn’t give advices but depicts real incidences on how life gets messed up if we aren’t cautious about it. The story revolves around three students, Hari Krishnan, Alok Gupta and Ryan Oberoi. It tells us how and what they were upto from day one till their last day in IIT campus as they come in the way of everything – friendship, love, their future. As IITians they are supposed to be the leaders in everything but they are quite opposite to it and turn everything Topsy-turvy. The title is nothing but their grades per average in the exams which used to be five out of ten always. The book is humorous but yet touching enough. Its written in an informal style of story telling and in simple English. Another interesting information is that this feel-good book is soon to be a movie. Its worth reading this enchanting book….
