WATS EXACTLY VEGETARIANISM AND NON-VEGETARINISM?

This was an answer given by a sage to the question - wats the difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food? There are two kinds of life as animate and inanimate. Man,beats, birds etc.are animate while trees and plants are inanimate. Fruits ripen and fall themselves;branches and leaves of a tree do falls but they get regenerated again. Many plants can be propagated by cutting and others can be transplanted. But no limb of an animal or bird can grow by cutting. All living beings are made by any or all of the 5 elements-earth,water,fire,air and sky. In man,all these are present clearly and predominantly. Only 4 of them, earth, water, air and fire are present in animals;only 3-air,water and fire present in birds;2 of them ,earth and fire are present in insects. But only water is present in fruits and vegetables;the rest 4 of them are in sleeping state in plants and trees. Saints and sages don’t pluck fruit; they take only which has fallen down themselves. Minimum damage to life is the basic criterion here. It is better to carry 10kgs of sin by eating vegetarian food instead of 1000 tonnes of sin by eating meat .

REALISATION OF SAIBABA BY BHAKTA PANT

Since I am an ardent devotee of Sainath i will be posting about his miracles, life, teachings etc… then and there..so don’t miss it...Following is a story of how a devotee realized Shridi Saibaba’s love and greatness…
Once a disciple of another Sadh-Guru named Pant met his relatives and friends who were about to go to Shridi. They asked him to accompany them but he had no mind to go. Since he was requested by everyone he wasn’t able to say nay. So,he then took his guru’s permission and started. They all reached the Masjid in Shridi. On seeing the concourse of devotees assembled for Baba’s worship,Pant got fits and fell senseless. His relatives got frightened. With Baba’s grace and pitchers of water which they poured over his head he regained consciousness. The omniscent Baba, knowing that he is a disciple of another guru assured him fearlessness and confirmed his faith on his own guru by saying these words to him, ”Come what may, leave not,but stick to your own Bolster(support,i.e Guru)and ever remain steady, always at-one-ment(in union) with him”. Pant then understood that Sainath is an apostle of God….

OUR NATION HAILS THE BOXER KING

Though the Beijing Olympics has come to an end,our country still has many reasons to celebrate it with pomp and ponder. That’s because of the grotesque performance of our sportspersons in China. If you had noticed the ovation of our achievers back home, you would have found that ,a medal-less boxer Akhil Kumar was hailed for his laborious deeds on the big stage. He emerged as a true winner, if one has to go by the boisterous welcome he received at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi on the d-day. He hogged all the limelight instead of the Bronze medalists Sushil Kumar and Vijender Singh. The reason behind this being that of his stunning and outstanding wits with which he played his way. Our people are all praises and wishes for him. After noticing this my thought was like…..’What other investment apart from hardwork and smartwork put together in appropriate proportions costs so little but pays so much in return??’

Mobile Phone Emergencies

There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies. Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for survival. Check out the things that you can do with it:

1. Emergency

The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112. If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile; network and there is an emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked. Try it out.
Also in Australia , the Australian emergency number 000 can be dialled whilst your mobile phone keyboard is locked. This is another reason why 000 receives so many false emergency calls!

2. Hidden Battery Power

Imagine your mobile battery is very low. To activate, press the keys *3370# Your mobile will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your mobile next time.

3. How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?

To check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits on your phone!:

star-hash-zero-six-hash

* # 0 6 #

A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. When your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless. You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones. Not only the above, but also in Australia your stolen phone is added to a "Stolen Mobile Phone" database, so if your phone is found later on it can be returned to you.

Navigation in ATC

Navigation means knowing where you are, where you want to go, and having a good idea of how much time and fuel it will take to get there. Navigation exactly means finding your way. There are two types of navigation.

*. TERMINAL NAVIGATION
*. ENROUTE NAVIGATION
The process of navigation is that , the position of the air craft is first made fixed and by determining the angle of deflection and the altitude the path of the aircraft is deduced. The VHF Omnidirectional Range navigation system is generally denoted as VOR . The basic principle of operation of the VOR is very simple: the VOR facility transmits two signals at the same time. One signal is constant in all directions, while the other is rotated about the station. The airborne equipment receives both signals, looks (electronically) at the difference between the two signals, and interprets the result as a radial from the station. the most important point to be noted is the radial signals of a VOR always point away from the station . The information is send through MORSE CODE. Another instrument known as DME (Distance Measuring Equipment) is used to measure the distance of the aircraft from the ground level. It has a transponder and interrogator which operates with the freq of 915 -10200 Hz which is used for this distance measurement.here the reflection of the pulses paves the way for distance measurement.

Communication in ATC

Communication is the two way process of exchanging information in which English is widely used. Here the intelligence which is the data is being exchanged between the ATC and the pilots through RF bands. Mainly for communication transmitters , receivers and oscillators are used for generating , transmitting and receiving radio freq signals .
The RF bands used in air craft communication are
*. HF ranging from 1.6 MHZ to 30MHZ
*. VHF ranging from 300MHZ to 3000MHZ
The main advantage of VHF over HF is it is less noisy. This is really very useful in the part of pilot since it does not affect his ears. But its main disadvantage is it is meant for short range communication. So when the plane moves out of the range , HF communication is used . Generally HF is used when the plane travels over the oceanic region . The main disadvantage in HF is noisy . since it is noisy the pilots cannot wear the head phone continuosly , So inorder to communicate the information from the base station to the pilot a new method called SELECTIVE CALLING is used. In this method a four letter code is generated from the base station which shows an indication to the pilot in the form of a beep.Once he gets the beep he use the head phones and the message is passed to him.
