* Study a person in the street , then close your eyes and remember what he or she was wearing,the colour of their hair,eyes and so on.
* Pay attention when somebody is introduced to you or you are being important details,focus.Repeat to yourself the name of i n f o r information.
* Try to recall in details what you did yesterday and what you have to do today.Make a list and try to remember each entry.
* Eat low fat foods and plenty of fruits and vegetables.Research suggests that food that is rich in anti-oxidant-berries,oranges,spinach,onions-may improve recall.
* Always a special place where you keep your keys,school bag,books and so on.
* A good night's sleep improves memory.
