Avoiding Conflict Will Make Your Relationship Worse

Many people after the love feel that they have selected a wrong pair because of the arguments between them. Conflict is not what causes a relationship to fall apart; it is the tendency to avoid conflict that causes a couple to part ways. Yes, conflict is an essential thing which can keep the relationship still stronger. Generally a person (boy/girl) get angry or argue to the one whom they like the most. This is because they always expect something from their partner. This expectation comes as a result of relationship and when this expectation is not satisfied it leads to conflict. But most of all when you try solving the conflict your partner realise your love on him/her and the relationship between you both still get stronger.

When you argue, crib, and complain, you are actually interested in making the situation better. When you give your partner the silent treatment, you are just creating more distance between the two of you. Yes, arguments are not bad for your relationship; it is when you start avoiding them, you start making your relationship worse.Whatever be your reason of avoiding conflict – love, fear, or peace – you are not helping your relationship by keeping a distance from your differences. The differences still stay. What you need is to handle the differences in a smart way. A happy couple will handle the differences smartly; at times, it may mean visible disagreements. If you want your relationship to work, don’t ignore the differences but embrace them in a smart way. Conflict resolution is important for a good relationship.

How to flirt with a Girl :

Flirting is a very simple thing actually. It's not as hard as you might have expected it to be.You need not be smart, strong rich and super intelligent to flirt either. As a matter of fact, you might have flirted unconsciously in the past. In this article, i am going to talk about some of the most commonly used flirting tactics used by people. I assume that you already have a person in mind with whom you want to flirt. So now that you are sure about your target it's time to get noticed. First thing you need to do is get noticed, so it's crucial you make an eye contact with the person. As soon as you make eye contact, look at the girl as if you are interested in her. Then look around and continue what you were doing. This will get you noticed.

After getting noticed a couple of time, it's time for you to introduce yourself. The next time you make an eye contact with the girl, make sure to wave out to her.She might ignore you, since she doesn't know you that well. Walk up to her and introduce yourself. This will be an instant signal to the girl, that you are interested in her. In the first few days it will be really difficult for you to hang around with her, but that's where your communication skills come in. Try to make small talk with her and let her open up. Crack a few jokes, since girls hate boredom and humor is an essential part of flirting.Make her to be comfortable with you. Try to give her much importance and she should realise that you are giving her first importance in your life since girls always expect guys to give first importance to them. Now that you are friends , you can try sending a few sms messages, or talk to her on facebook or twitter. Just keep it casual but flirtatious by saying some un-ended sentences. The whole point is to make her laugh and reciprocate to your jokes and messages.Gift her what she likes and support her in all her problems and once she realised you are there for her then automatically she will come closure to you. But remember one thing girls never show what they really think about a guy. Even if she likes you so much she will never let it out to you frankly.

THE STORY BEHIND ‘TALENT'

The word “talent” has a fascinating financial origin. Talent was the name of a coin in ancient times and those who had a lot of talent or money then, just like now were those who saved and invested gainfully. Before making a long journey, as Bible says, a rich man called three of his servants and to one he gave 5 talents,2 talents to another and 1 to the other servant. He that got 5 talents traded with it and gained another 5 talents. Likewise he who received 2 talents also gained another 2 talents. But he who got 1 talent digged the earth and hid his lord’s money. After a long time the master returned and reckoned with them. The master was so pleased with those servants who had doubled his money and he promised to make them ruler of many things accordingly. The man who got 1 talent said, “Lord, I was afraid and so I hid the talent, here take what is yours”. The master got angry and told him, “you wicked and slothful servant, you should have returned my money with some interest”. Obviously this man had no talent. The master ordered, “ Take therefore the talent from him and give it to him who has 10 talents; and cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness”. No wonder people with lack of ‘talent’ cant survive these days….
